Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Villains Consulting LLC provides software consulting and software development services as defined in signed proposals, statements of work, or service agreements.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to required stakeholders, systems, and project materials. Delays in required inputs may impact delivery timelines.

3. Fees and Payments

Fees, invoice schedules, and payment terms are defined in each engagement agreement. Late payments may pause service delivery until accounts are brought current.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing, clients own deliverables produced and paid for under the engagement. Villains Consulting LLC retains rights to pre-existing materials, tools, and general know-how.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Villains Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services or deliverables.
