Refund Policy | Villains Consulting LLC

1. Scope

This policy applies to software consulting and software solution engagements delivered by Villains Consulting LLC.

2. Deposits and Retainers

Deposits and retainers reserve scheduling capacity and are generally non-refundable once an engagement has started, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

3. Milestone-Based Work

For milestone contracts, completed milestones are non-refundable. Refund requests for incomplete milestones are reviewed case-by-case based on documented scope and delivered work.

4. Monthly Services

Monthly engagements may be canceled before the next billing cycle. Partial-month refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or expressly included in the agreement.

5. Requesting a Review

To request a refund review, email sean@villainsconsulting.services with your project name, invoice number, and reason for request.
